Absolute Minimum is a tool for total conversion developers. It is a 7 megabyte file with the minimum resources (extracted from the default scenario) needed for EV Nova to start. To use AbsoluteMinimum, it is to be placed as the only file in the Nova Files folder and files for the TC are placed in the Nova Plug-ins folder.
