Civilian Radar Jammer on an unidentified vessel
"Like the IR Jammer, this system is a cheap, low power rip-off of the military models. It works by flooding the space directly surrounding your ship with incoherent signals. Unfortunately, due to the low power of this model (which has more to do with legal restrictions than any engineering faults), many missiles still manage to get through."
The Civilian Radar Jammer is the low-end in Radar Missile protection. Despite its ineffectual nature, you must possess a valid Protective Technologies License to purchase this outfit.
Gameplay[]
It actually gives the best radar jamming per ton for a Federation-lineage jammer, so you should add this to any ship. Alongside Polaris and Nil'kemorya jammers, this can help you reach 100% radar jamming. Who says the Polaris can't benefit from outsiders?
