EVNEW in action.
EVNEW (Escape Velocity Nova Editor for Windows) is an EV Nova plug-in utility, and the only one so far designed specifically for Windows users. It features a dialogue box-based resource-editing interface, and includes the capability to convert *.REZ files to *.TXT files for low-level mass editing. This capability is explained in the readme. EVNEW supports editing all Nova-specific resource types, as well as cicn, PICT, rle8, rleD, snd, STR, and STR# resources.
