The Holder of this License is able to purchase those ships and items classed as 'Exotic Ships' or as 'Exotic Weapons' and all items of any other classification as classified by the Federation Security Council."

Despite the Exotic Ships & Weapons License's picture, a Starbridge is not classified as an exotic ship.
Licenses can be purchased at the various Spacedocks, Earth (Sol), Kerensky (Sibko) and GLi-Tech-nia (Rimshot).
Because of its utility, there are a few forged versions of this license that are available at a much lower price than an authentic license. While purchasing a forged license could save you some money, it also has risks. The license could be poorly made and not be valid for purchasing any items at all. Alternatively, the license could be sold by an investigator, leading to your punishment.
The license is persistent between ships and cannot be sold. However, it can be destroyed by attempting to purchase a forged license.
