This outfit represents the possibility of buying a forged license from an incompetent forger. It does not fool Federation outfitters and does not allow you to purchase any items.
Useless forged licenses can be purchased at Altia (Altair), Harbor (Scheall), Port Kane (Kania), Simpson (Aldebaran), Misfire (Trishka), Menin (Lesten), Latin (Heraan Sa), Heraan Prime (Heraan), Houseless (Kipa) and New Ireland (Tuatha).
The license is persistent between ships and cannot be sold.
