The Pegasus was made by Scott Vardy, who is credited in game as the creator of the Pegasus under the name "Eyeya Soyahc". 'Soyahc' is 'Chayos' backwards, which was one of Scott Vardy's nicks back in the day, as was Eyeya. The Pegasus is a post-Vellos war chopped up version of the Leviathan, which came first.
