Galactic Racing Network

The Galactic Racing Network (GRN) is a series of Viper races televised in spaceport bars all over the galaxy. The main attraction of GRN is the legal wagering associated with the race results. What makes this even more attractive is that any winnings are exempt from planetary income tax -- not that anyone ever got rich from GRN (other than its organizers).

One strategy to winning at GRN is to realize that no racer ever wins twice in a row. This greatly increases your odds of making a profit.
