Many players use the Turreted BioRelay Laser as an anti-fighter weapon on large, slow ships such as the Raven due to its accuracy and power.
Since it suffers from the 1=X bug that makes multiple installations deal the damage of one, the optimal build is to have a single Turreted and a single Fixed BioRelay Lasers.
Stats are identical to the fixed version besides double impact.
